What would you say if you were Mrs. Morehouse????????
On page 121 when Catherine asked Mrs. Morehouse if she could take Jason for a run she said....
" do you really think this is a good idea?"
I probably would've said no to her because it is risky and dangerous, what if Catherine let go of his wheel chair while running? I wouldn't take the risk.
Also because Catherine isn't an adult yet, she's just the same age as Jason.

ReplyDeleteInteresting discussion! I wonder if we always protect people from everything will there ever be fun in life? I am sure that Jason always feels like he is being protected and he cannot do what other people do and I imagine just being able to feel what is like to run would make him feel "normal".
What does everyone think?

I agree with Joy but I think that it might not be considered dangerous it could be considered adventurous because in life you have to risks to succeed. So think about it, if Jason never gets to take risks thenn he might ever have fun in life because of his disabilities.
