What does soof mean? We think it's the journey of the book right? Well yea because if it wasn't, why would the author make Heidi make such a big deal out of "soof?"
Anyways, since I already know what soof is, and I'm not going to give away the story so what do you think soof means? how does it relate to Heidi or her mother? or Bernadette?
There are lots of ways to show how soof is important to the book. "(Quote pg. 33) The word, soof, became like a little burr sticking in my head pricking me so I couldn't forget it was there. I found myself thinking of it more and more."
